After 10 hours travel (approximately 650 miles) from Falls Church, we reached my Uncle Srnini's house at Atlanta, Georgia state at around 11 P.M yesterday night. Today morning after breakfast we went to Coke museum and CNN.
Coke museum is in Atlanta downtown. The museum depicts the story of Coca Cola right from the finding of its formula in 1880s. It is amazing to know that the bottling rights were given for one dollar during those years. The various advertisements involving coca cola are displayed. A 4D show was screened telling how a coke vending machine works. The shapes of various coke bottles are also displayed. A small factory model is on the show. At the end of the tour of the museum, visitors are allowed to taste 68 different types of coke sold all over the world. I tasted cokes of Uruguay, Tanzania, Paraguay, Peru, Chile, Hongkong, Malaysia, Africa etc. When we came out, every one of us got a free coke.
CNN: Cable News Network: Wold famous news channel CNN operate from various centres in USA and other countries. Its Head office is in Atlanta. CNN tour gives us the picture of operation of News gathering, editing, and screening after looking into its authenicity. First we have been taken to the top story of the building through the single big esclator. We have the News room, Editing toom and Situation room.
